PIPEDA compliance statement
We collect and use personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, only for running the club.
What personal information we collect
- Guardian contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Player information: first name, last name, birth year, age group, team assignment, and jersey number.
- Medical and emergency information: allergies, conditions relevant to play, concussion history, and emergency contacts.
- Photos and video from club events, only where a guardian has given photo consent.
- Payment records for fees and store purchases (we never store full card numbers).
Children's data and guardian consent
Children are not account holders. A guardian manages each player's data and consent, and can change photo consent at any time.

Keep your sign-in secure, and your family's information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across the site, on desktop and phone. Every page is keyboard-navigable and works with a screen reader.
